Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer free returns and exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.

Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition, unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken.

*NB: Returns & exchanges are not available on discounted or sale items, all sales are final. Please ensure you are happy with your item before checking out. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us*

All items are inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used will be rejected and returned back to you.
If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 14 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support@pttrns.co.uk for assistance.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.
